session 2: we build confidence in movement, and then take a deeper dive into pain management techniques and daily habit building​
​beyond: every session is reshaped to meet your changing needs - movement, mindset, pain reprocessing or pain management - it's never a one size fits all and this is truly where my approach makes the most impact, where i see the most results and the most 'aha!' moments.​​
