what does a session look like?
pain shows up in different ways - constant, unrelenting back pain, a stubborn old injury that always flares during a certain movement, or that low-level ache that just makes everyday life harder than it needs to be.
it can get in the way of enjoying your life, make you avoid activities, or stop you from reaching your fitness goals.
no matter the type of pain, severity, or how long you’ve had it, pain is produced the same way: your brain assesses danger and decides how much pain to generate.
so our work together focuses on teaching your brain and body that you’re safe. we do this by:
- rewiring pain signals
- gradually reintroducing movements that your brain has labelled as ‘dangerous’
- using tools that calm the nervous system
- making lifestyle changes that reduce the overall stress load on your body
these sessions can be done in person or online, and they combine movement, pain reprocessing and practical habit support to create long-lasting change.

you’ll also get personal whatsapp support throughout the week. that means you can ask questions, double-check form, get video feedback on movements, and update goals as you progress - you’re not doing this alone between sessions.
