A life update from me!

Over the past 2.5 years I’ve…👶 had a baby✈️ moved countries 4 times🏡 moved house 9 times📚 and completed 4 new courses to fuel this little ol’ brain of mine! Closing The Yoga Room was honestly one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I loved our community, the laughs and deep chats before and after class, the Christmas gatherings, yoga brunches, retreats, impromptu nights out in the Market Yard… Those really were the days. When Covid hit, no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t get things back to how they were. We’d always planned to return to Australia eventually, so the studio closure felt like the right moment. Little did we know we’d end up back in the UK less than a year later 😅 — and if I’d known that, maybe I would’ve kept fighting for the studio a bit longer. But truthfully, running it on my own was hard and burning me out, so I think it was for the best, and it has given space for something I’m super passionate about.. |
These days, I’m working with clients who want freedom from pain, strength in their bodies, and confidence in their everyday lives. Using a mix of strength training, pain reprocessing therapy, and health & lifestyle coaching, I’m already seeing some incredible results:

Stories like these light me up, and I want to do more of it. Lots more. Now that little J is happily at nursery, and I’m finally the other side of my courses, I’ve got the time and energy to focus on helping more people. So if you know anyone who: 👉 lives with aches and pains that won’t shift 👉 is recovering from an injury but the pain is lingering 👉 wants to regain strength after a big life change 👉 or simply wants to feel stronger, fitter and more confident in their body… …I’d love if you could pass my name their way. As you know, my approach has always been holistic but rooted in science — not woo-woo, not quick fixes, not “witch doctor magic” (someone actually asked me that once! 😂). What I do is grounded in pain science, strength research, and proven methods that help people create a healthier, pain-free, more liveable body and mind. Because who doesn’t want to be their best selves? |
